Yep, it really does boil down to poor judgement which doesn't tend to endear you to your political party or voters. No suprise his party moved to distance themselves from him quickly.

He went to party, he had a laugh, other people at the party had a laugh and thats all it was. I would happily go to a fancy dress party as an SS officer or Hitler, the last one I went to I was a Jedi and there were about 3 SS officers.

Got to be honest, if i was running a company and someone bought my company into disrepute i would sack him. Would i sack this daft ****, no, he would get demoted though.
He is a politician for gods sake, if he cant see the pitfalls in dressing up as Hitler !!
