Can anyone recommend any two good player games to play locally?

I have that already, thanks. Didn't know you could do local co-op with it. Also looking at Res Evil 5 and Trine. Any more suggestions welcome.

RE5 is the best co-op game I've played recently, definitely try that.

I haven't played the others either, there's a little back-story behind some of the characters but you could easily read up on that, if you want to.

From what I can remember it's a separate story anyway- I don't think you'd have missed much from not playing the others.

oh that new Tomb Raider game is quite good for local 2 player. It's nothing like the other tomb raider games. Me and a mate played the PS3 demo of it. It lasted almost half an hour.

The C&C series. Both RA2: Yuri's Revenge and RA3 have coop on them. The coop is probably the only thing I actually liked about RA3...

I play loads of two player stuff on my 42" TV. Its a shame the PC doesnt have more splintscreen stuff. Borderlands isnt local coop on the PC, nor is Resi 5

In that case i reckon you should play them as they are fantastic

(RE2 being my fav i reckon, with RE4 very high up due to the different style of play)

I think the code has always been there (carried over from console Xbox), but wasn't ever used. Clever people found it and made it work though, like this:

Don't need mods, just a few console commands to enable it.

Ah yeah, I thought that might've been the case. I knew the code was already implemented (as mentioned in my previous post), but wasn't sure if it was just a case of a simple console commands or mods that were needed.
