Having just recently gotten my iPhone 4 I've been looking at accessories for it.
(looking for a screen protector if anyone has any suggestions)

While looking for a dock I came across this.

Its basically an iPhone dock with a 500GB firewire HDD built in. This would be perfect for me to replace my 320gb WD Passport drive, adding firewire speed as well as giving me an iPhone dock, which is also powered as far as I can tell. (This will give me a better charge[?]) and some extra USB ports.

Anyway, it says that it only comes with adapters for various devices, but not the iPhone 4. Does anyone know if apple standard iPhone 4 adapter will fit?

If anyone is interested Google says you can get the Dualie for £88 (or £99 from a big online retailer) Which isn't too bad for a 500GB firewire drive. Is it?

I did see it for less than that a while ago but even still it is a good price seeing as it was £200 odd when it first came out.

I read a couple of reviews one of the things mentioned was the transfer speeds to the HDD was reduced when the iPhone was also docked.

Finally a reply! :p

I can imagine that being the case. It also doesn't transfer via FireWire while it is in its dock, only usb which is a bit annoying.

Still, I've ordered one for £99 and should be with me by the end of the week. I'll post my findings when I have some
