Maybe go check your blood sugar and make sure you're not diabetic too - ESP with all that Glucose intake
coffee and lots of it gets me out of my lethargic zone - in particular before exercising
seems to work well
used to drink lots of Coke, I now have managed about 12 months with zero fizzy drinks (apart from Beer)
Why not?
Define large amounts
sleep and a good diet. if you have that then look at something else on top.
I hate the cold, it always gets me down before the gym! Luckily I'm at a FitSpace gym and since it used to be a fitness first, there are nice hairdryers in the changing room so i just warm myself up with that for a few mins and I'm good to go!
You say that like it's a bad thing.Last thing you want is a Caffiene intolerance or addicition!
