Deer hunting

Yup, same as I do in every other thread where this rears its head. :p
Thats alright I have fond memories of watching the riders catching their neck/head on the razor wire, the trick is to place it high enough in the trees so it only gets the riders and not the horses :).

You need to cull deer from time to time. Why not make a few quid at it letting some toff shoot the thing. I don't see the problem. Deer population is culled. Some toff gets his jollies and the park gets a nice big wad of cash to continue doing what they're doing and/or improve.

Yay. Another hippy who takes delight in physically harming human beings because 'they hurt some animals init'. My irony detector just exploded again.

Damn right sweet cheeks.

That's OK, provided you don't wear leather or eat meat I'll at least respect your anti-hunt perspective. If on the other hand you gleefully gloat about slicing up human beings for killing animals, while you stuff your face with a BigMac to celebrate? Not so much.

They should make all meat and fish illegal. It's tantamount to genocide really.

You can be perfectly healthy just eating nuts/beans/seeds etc. for protein.

I eat meat and don't like animal cruelty, shocker .

That's right, because careful as we are there's no cruelty involved in slaughter at all. You've never eaten a kebab (halal meat = not fun)... Frankly pro or anti hunt you clearly need to re-evaluate your priorities.

i love a god kebab on a saturday night, i also enjoy a bacon sandwich on a sunday morning.

i don't like people who shoot for sport or are cruel to animals. please don't tell me eating meat puts me in the same boat.

I shoot AND use dogs for sport, but I also eat my catch. Now what's your position? At least my meat didn't get its throat slit so I could enjoy a kebab after my beer. It's all a matter of perspective. Vegetarians I can at least come to terms with. People who eat meat (especially Halal meat) and whine about hunting make my eyes roll. Especially if they also gloat about causing injury and scarring/permanent harm to fellow human beings.

Next time I feel the urge to take enjoyment from slicing people up with razor wire, I'll take that on board. No, wait... :o
But you think its fine to terrorize a fox on horse back and get all excited over a fox being torn apart by a pack of hounds? That to me is twisted.
