you got a SSD big enough to run your favorite games and apps from, then just use the 2tb for storage.

very true, im just not sure how easy it would be to 'link' steam games to another hard drive if i needed more space. Would it be best to chnge the ssd to a smaller sized one?

Could do, I use the 60 gb version for windows and drivers and a little software.
Games I run on the Samsung F3 1tb drive along with programs that I don't use often.

hey m8 why dont you wait for 69** series? i believe theyre only a month away and could have much better performance/value ratio

if i wait for the new set of card, i will never get round to doing my first build. Because by the time that comes out, i may as wait for Sandybridge. I think now is the time o build tbh :)

buy now, there is always something else to wait for. Personally i can't wait for dilithium crystal powered processors....

There is however a distinct difference between waiting for something that is confirmed to launch and vapourware. Waiting makes sense if you are looking for something more powerful than the 6870.

But yeah, just waiting in general makes no sense, but if you want an ATI card and you want it to have some real punch, fx on a single GPU setup, then you have lots of reasons to hang on a bit before hitting that obiqutous buy button.

I finally ordered my parts, and i actually thought i was lucky with perhaps getting the last FT02 that was in stock. But, unfortunately someone else got there before me. Now my parts are arriving later today but i have no case (again) :(

does anyone know how long the next batch will take to come in stock?

Should i buy a cheap case so that i can use for now and test the parts till the FT02 is in stock again?
