Yes I do.
Championship Manager was the better game.
It wasn't until it all got nasty and the developers went away and created Football Manager.
At this time the CM name remained, but it was the far inferior product.

I haven't bought a "Football Manager" game ever, the last time I purchased was at the time CM was still the best product out there.

Times change. Championship manager would have had to evolve for today's market and would have gone the same way as FM. (if that makes sense considering CM is FM :p)

Agree. This does feel very, very polished. If SI made FM11 the tweak and optimisation of FM10 they've done a very good job. We'll just wait for the first patch to see what that fixes then. :D

Much improved I think. It looks like a higher resolution of graphics and now the players actually pull off the moves the commentary says they are pulling off. :D

Championship manager Italia was amazing. Was really into Italian football back then what with playing that and gazetta football Italia on channel 4.

Have to say I'm really enjoying this demo so far after not particularly liking the last 2 fm's.

Why do I always have a ******* problem installing this game? :rolleyes:

It asks me to update DirectX and then gives me an error message about 'cryptographic services'.

Demo won't start.
 
Wow not used the youtube feature yet, but that's brilliant! (its so much effort having to wip out a whole seasons matches to show a mate some awesome goals)

The graphics engine is much better than FM10 too (the mac edition actually matches the windows edition for the first time) cant wait till a week friday to run down and get me a copy :D
 
I'm really excited about this years game.

Feels, so well, polished and just oozes class compared to previous years.

Really can't wait to get my copy of it. I've enjoyed all the FM games, but this has something about it.
 
I had cm 00/01
I had cm 01/02
I played cm03/04 to death
I played fm 08 a lot

Since then, I've seen people playing fm09 and fm10 and I don't particularly like it. For me it's lost its charm. The tactics system was simple yet very in depth, now it looks a lot more complicated. But is this going to be a game worth getting?

Had to delete everything from 'SysWOW64\directx\websetup' and now need to download DirectX dating back to god knows whenever. 2005 by the looks of it.

Hope it's worth it.
