I'm in the very early stages of starting up a small business. I have pretty much got a business plan done and part of a website. However I lack a name, I also lack naming ideas and any ideas I come up with the domain names are already taken!

The business will be a small IT business targeted at support and security solutions for small to medium sized businesses and PC repairs etc. for domestic home users.

My initial name idea was something to do with aspec systems. I don't want a domain name with any hyphens (-) or that in it and also want a .co.uk domain.

aspec.co.uk is taken and anything like aspecsystems.co.uk, aspecsolutions.co.uk seem a bit long winded...although looking at them now, they don't seem to bad!

I like the spec, sys, system, solutions ideas/words but I am struggling to come up with anything, esp that is not already taken:

gsolutions.co.uk (G is my initial) (domain taken)
gsystems.co.uk (domain taken)

I thought I would post here for some possible ideas, inspiration and probably some funny comedy ideas!

You could even just take the first letters to make your logo smart and professional.

On a slightly more serious note: Not sure about that G in Gsolutions, makes it look a bit like gaysolutions to me, or maybe it's just in my head.

Seriously tho, i think AspecSolutions.com is probably the best sounding one of your suggestions - better than anything i can come up with anyway! :(
 
When in doubt i always use a name in mine, son daughter wife whatever.
