overclockers uk ignores customers

bought a gigabyte gtx460 1024mb from overclockers.recieved it tuesday,installed it,the 2 dvi ports work with adapters for hdmi but the mini hdmi port doesnt,also no voucher for tonyhawks2 game,sent off email to overclockers and up to now not a peep out of them.:mad:
 
call them, email them, webnote them

and if you want to get anywhere, i wouldnt make such drasctic post as this

There's a customer service forum thing you can use, just post in there, posting this kinda thing outside of it is likely to get you suspended.
 
OcUK has always replied to me inside 24 hours, if they've taken this long then somethings amiss.

Post in the CS forum or give them a ring and your issue will be resolved expediently :)


or maybe they like me more than you :p

we have a telephone support line that should be able to provide you with support.
emails are usually answered within 24 hours.

also there is a free customer support section that you can post in order queries to get your game code.

we also have a webnote system, which are answered during office hours...

Got a OCUK 470 Friday, no voucher.
Big deal, web-noted it and found one on my door mat this morning :D

Course it would have been nice if my card wasn't DOA, lol, but oh well.
In the case of my card, I picked up the phone and got an RMA number in 5 minutes.

First thing I've ever had DOA in 10 years of using OCUK may I add.

So in short, no they don't suck, yes they get it wrong sometimes and when they do there pretty damn quick to fix it.
