There's two scythe fans, the 140mm one has an airflow of 92 cfm:

But the 120mm model has 110cfm:

and then I read on the thermaltake silver arrow, 2x thermalright ty 140s were the best solution, but this only goes upto 74cfm

I was thinking about getting a silver arrow with 2 or 3 possibly fans, but wasnt sure which would be the best for cooling? (noise isnt a problem as box isnt right next to me).

cfm isnt everything, static pressure is important for use on radiators/heatsinks.

a lot of people swear by yate loons 14cm fans for this, or maybe one from noctua too. there are lots of 140mm fans around really.

what heatsink btw?

im hoping to get hold of the thermal(take?) silver arrow

i saw a review with it and they said the best fans appeared to be the thermalright ty 140s

the noctuas rule for rad cooling.....

i have 2 x 140mm noctuas with the plugs cut of them because i had them on a rad with them all on the same plug....if you have a molex or fan connector end you can cut of something and put it on these i will give you them very reasonably...there brand new and would be perfect for your new cooler and id like them to go to a new home instead of sitting in my attic?
pm me if your interested bud
