Choice between bmw 320 and saab 9-3 2.0t

I took £400 out of a cashpoint at Tesco Uttoxeter this morning, never thought of buying a car!

Its looking like shared equity now, due to lack of donations....
Still heres the plan we donate a few quid and pick him a winner, he then blogs the cars progress till it dies.

We might become an Internet sensation, or more likely we'll send him the cash and that'll be the last we'll hear of him.

We could also recommend that he buys a car that turns out to be a death trap, he gets trapped and we all get in a bit of hot water.

I'm up for it, you only live once. We should try and get a bigger group of finders together first though!

Anyway to draw up a contract between loads of internet people lol.
Could have shared ownership, I think it would become an awesome story, the blog idea is already in action, i am developing the website now.

Banger motoring can't be beat, although i think i may have dropped lucky*

As bought (well, a couple of hours after i dragged it around the corner to a mates house and started stripping the gearbox out! :D) for £250 6 years ago. Stuck the stupid K&N that was on it on ebay and got £25 back on that. Spent another couple of hundred quid on a gearbox, full leather interior (it was £45, what can i say), other bits and bobs and getting it taxed and mot'd. Apart from managing to kill the gearbox and having to fit another, its pretty much flown through every mot ever since...this year was the worst as i had to do both bottom balljoints and replace the strut tops, picked up a pair of s/h struts for £5 at the scrappy as both coils had snapped..ooh, and a tank strap had rotted out, £15 from Renfault. So yeah, cheap cars can be good...but don't blunder into it expecting it to be great because it was a decent car 15 years and 150k ago...
:)
* It was cheap, its French but hey, its still going

Will Gill has pledged a tenner by text! Well done that man :)

What's that then £50?

We should be able to get a fair few more of the locals to chip in shouldn't we?

Interested in anymore stock for your new car lot? I might know someone selling a tidy Boxster S if you are?
