I've found a couple of major online retailers that are still selling these for £200 which seems far too expensive for a 20" LCD.

Any idea what this is actually worth?

I can't get more than £200 for my 32" Panasonic which still has 3 of it's 5 year warranty.

TV's depreciate like cars I'm afraid.

£100 tops, also before you hang your hat on the warranty as a selling point, have you checked that it is transferrable if sold to someone else? They are often not, being valid for the original purchaser only.
