Do rapists have to pay child support?

Unsurprisingly you don't see women equality groups going after being charged with the same crimes as men, they want equality, when the reward is good, and want to forget about it when the result is bad. Women can get done for rape, no thanks, men get the same maternaty leave, not far, blah blah blah.

Rape in the legal sense is not unwanted sexual activity, but unwanted penetration. A man generally isn't penetrated during sex, so it isn't rape. Perhaps sexual assault should include a strong sentence for unwanted sexual activity of that ilk, but that's a different matter.

As for maternity leave... I think that might be changing under EU law at some point soon.
 
Put the anonymous white van back on Autotrader, tip the bottle of chloroform down the sink and pit the duct tape back in it's toolbox, what you're apparently planning won't end well kwerk.....

For me it's because in one of my threads, he was being extremely stupid. He kept posting that he had reported the thread to metropolitan police etc etc. Which was obviously trolling, as the met police would have no interest in a random thread on a forum based in newcastle

Well, yes, in legal terms in this country a woman can't rape a man. She can have sex with him without him being willing, though. In some countries, that counts as rape, but not in this country.
