how do :)

helping out my father-in-law in his office, we could really do with a decent way for all 4 computers in the office to share outlook contacts (2 running 2010 and 2 running 2003)... not after an enterprise level setup with servers and MES etc just summat to share the contacts...

is this possible by sharing with a gmail account or something like that? what is the best way to set this up simply?

cheers folks :)

Office 2010 has a Share Contacts option under the Contacts tab.
they're not all on 2010 unfortunately...

I was thinking, what if we bought a mobileme account? that would sync all the contacts a treat wouldn't it?

Select all the contacts. Right-click and Forward. Send email to yourself.

If you have dozens of contacts this could take a while adding each contact. If it is just a few, shouldn't be a problem. Only issue is you will need to manually sync the contacts.

There are third party tools for this, but I can't recommend any.

there are a few hundred not a few dozen and 4 computers so that won't really cut the mustard... The MobileMe solution is winning at the moment...
