Gaffer: Mmm maybe I saw you through the viewfinder, but I'd swear you were about a foot away!!! although I just noticed you can see from the shadow where you were.

It is such a small world. There is a good chance that it is the SAME lens. LFH had my 16-35 on loan for several months earlier this year.

No HDR, just processed in Lightroom (although dropped into PS to remove an umbrella obstrcuting the middle building). No tripod either, just handheld and snapped away.
