Id someone for me

Hi all,

We are trying to remember the name of a presenter from a comedy show on the TV. Think it was Paramount on Sky and we are sure the show was the Jongleurs Comedy Store.

He was tall, Long blode straggly hair just past shoulder length, blonde rough beard but kept short and I am sure he used to be a musician.

Tried google but no good
