Whhhhhaaaaaaatttt? £7...? I don't think I have ever paid £7 for a small online game, this game wants to be something special I tell you!!

Edit: is it worth the full £7 though?

Ahh paid, well thats clearly what I have not done.... didn't even think it was paid for... so how much is this then? So many free games floating about at the moment I didn't even think about parting with my hard earned cash. :(

....

You cant even log in to the game if you don't have an account...

I presume you did this by accident and weren't just trying to hack into a game? :p

It's £7, and well worth it....that two pints in some places!

When Minecraft is finished, it will sell for €20.00.
If you pre-purchase now during alpha, you pay just €9.95!
The price will go up at beta.

Please note that when you buy the game, you're paying for the game as it is right now!
You will receive any and all future updates for free as a bonus. Read the copyright information for more information.

Here's what you get:

* You never have to pay again!
You get all future versions of the game, including all expansions and addons.
* You help fund the development of Minecraft
* Custom skins in multiplayer
* Once you've bought the game, it's yours. No DRM.
* Survival mode!

Definitely worth it.

it's worth 2x that and more for the playtime you get from it.
there is a reason it's sold so many.

Hmmm question is though, this or buy Dragon Age on steam? Or both?

Try the game single player online, in the browser...have a play around with carving the blocks away, and trying to build something...have a look through this thread and the other minecraft thread in the PC Games forum...

Then make up your mind :)

Even if you only play it for two weeks, its £7 well spent to be perfectly honest...Especially considering how much this guy has done to this game already

Right £8.96 I just paid for this... it better impress :) Thats a lot for what "looks" at face value to be a pretty amature attempt at a game.

You'll regret posting this.

They still won't let me forget saying "nah it's not worth £8" :o

It's like electronic crack :(

Tefal how did you get a screenshot with that much detail? When i make the minecraft window bigger everything else scales up too, so i never get that high detail! :O
would love to be able to see more tbh!
Also, do you have xfire?

it's the download version, i just clicked the maximise button :o

Nothing special at all.

Right what the hell am I meant to be doing ive just been beating the hell out of the landscape collecting random squares and flowers... I guess there is more to it? Have registered and paid but not yet managed to sign into my account so am playting single player in the browser.
