I actually blew of a couple of friends this weekend so I could spend some time playing thishaha

Well iv finally got this installed and sorted! 
(wish I wasnt heading to the airport in 20 mins)
That update was massive but I hope it was worth it to give my real journey man save a good go, though it looks like im starting at Hereford as my first job on this!

i did offline because i didnt want to download the game that i have on a disk infront of me.
oh ok, thought you might be able to install from the disk through steam like AvP.
dont no about that, when it asks, it says through steam (internet required disk not) so i just went with offline.
The online install does exactly that.

I have the game with patch 11.1.0 installed and ready to go.
Not sure who to be though... In FM10 i took non leauge Oxford to champions league glory and fancy another small team to a big team game again but might start off with one of the big boys first this time.

Started a new game as Udinese.

eek of FM/CM!!just got home. patch downloaded, game installing, gin and tonic (?) in hand and fish and chips in the oven. i've figured that i don't have to communicate with anyone until 7.30pm tomorrow night - apart from my assistant manager and the board.

I'll hassle Frater on MSN in a bit.I did the Steam install so I guess the patch was installed at the same time?
