Whats the cheapest way to buy Jack3d?

Ive run out of MP Pulse and would like something similar. Thanks
 
I think Bodybuildingwarehouse is the cheapest uk based place for it, you can get it cheaper on other sites but by the time youve put postage on top they work out around the same plus BBW service is top notch.
 
i take a omega 3-6-9, a fish oil and a cod liver oil every day, all of these are super strength.

on top of that i take 1 optimen 3 times a day.

i feel better than ever.

Whats your point exactly? Do you take 6 cod liver oil super strength pills a day? Or do you take one and several omega only ones.

Because if you read my post, thats what I advised to do, if you wanted to get the same omega fats amounts, and only took cod liver oil, you could be in trouble.

As for saying they are super strength, whats that, 5% more than usual, 500%, more than what anyway.

Gobble up omega fats from wherever, just be careful, you can get thousands of iu's a day from being in the sun, taking thousand more from various sources, most if not all artificial sources are noticeably more toxic than normal vitamin D, could be a problem. if you're having 10-20grams of omega's a day, all from cod liver oil, long term its likely to be bad, maybe very bad.

Too little vitamin D is bad, too much is bad, due to the amount your body can produce itself compounded with what you might be intaking theres potential for damage.

as i said i take 1 of each a day. omega 3-6-9, fish oil and cod liver oil

morning - any 1 of the above with optimen.
lunch - any 1 of the above with optimen, but not the same as the one i had in the morning.
dinner - the remaining 1 thats left along with optimen.

super strength are usually around double the average pill, i take ones bought from bodybuilding.com

to be taking too much, you would need to be popping a lot more than 3 pills a day, nobody would do that unless they were an idiot. its a bit like saying paracetemol is good for headaches but too much can kill you.

Yes you produce thousands of IUs from the sun, 10,000+ if you spend a long time in it.
But, my cod liver oil tablets have 200IUs in, not exactly going to be a problem when its 1 a day.
 
Another point to note on 'oil' supplementation is that the standard Western diet is already overloaded with Omega's 6 and 9. We tend to be only deficient in Omega 3's in the West.

Hence why I stopped supplementing with Udos Oil, and just use Omega 3 nowadays.

No one here competes really. And I don't mind things which are legal being discussed here - if anything strays to the dark side I'm afraid it gets removed.
 
Forgot how much fun Taurine & Beta Alanine are (combined cith CM & AAKG)! found a little left in the bottom of one of my jars so decided to order some more yesterday which came today.
 
Those are actually the same ingredients that I use for my PreWO drink. Great stuff!

Yup. Same as in all of them really!

BA makes my face itchy when I wipe it with my towel in the gym. Spend a good 2-3 minutes in total time just rubbing my face, feels so good!

Just back in from the gym. Total buzz from it went with a mate who has taken a few pre-workout sups before, he reckons its much better than anything he has tried before.
