Why is the forum time still BST?

As per thread title, I looked down at the time and it was still BST. Wonder why, surely the forum software should automatically turn back the clock?

It does, check your CP settings.

Edit: Edit Options > Time Zone > Automatically detect DST Settings

Nope, still BST. I've even moved the time zone back one hour and set it back to GMT. It shows the correct time for about a second then flickers back to BST.

Time shows up fine for me ... maybe it's something set wrong on the OP's system.
