Also bought one of them earlier today and spookily enough I have a 520w Corsair as well. Yeah it has 2x leads supplied with the PSU. Now to actually find it...
.oh god im pretty sure i dont have the old psu box around here, doesnt the card come with the extra connectors?
cheers
The MSI 460 HAWK is a nice card, I've had one since launch day. Like most 460's they clock pretty well. At the current price, they are an insane steal! Just wish I had the patience to wait before buying mine.
If it was me. I would uninstall current drivers, shut machine down, remove old card, install new card, power up PC and indtall latest drivers (assuming W7 doesn't do that for you).

No, it doesn't matter. I have wondered if AMD decided to ditch ATI branding and call it AMD as well so that people with AMD system would be misled into thinking AMD/ATI card would work better than Nvidia's card. Things to consider is whether the motherboard support Crossfire or SLI, if it does neither, then it's all down to personal preference...and AMD or Intel system don't matter at all.hey guys sorry not trying to hijack the post but are the 460 good with AMd x6 ..I heared it is better to get an ATI to work well with AMD rather than nvidia?
