Call of Duty: Black Ops

My shopto order didn't arrive either. Glad i got it from elsewhere.

I can't see myself using them for big game pre orders again.

I just sent the a message on the web note thing bassically saying, that they were over priced and I didn't mind because I new I'd have the game on the day, however they have let me down. And as soon as it does come I'd like to return it

Just another CoD - won't take long for the online to be hacked (if not already) - the amount of people going on about it at work was really annoying too, especially those who got it at midnight but didn't bother to play it as it was too late... so why get it then and not the next day???

I know Halo: Reach is essentially another rehash but at least it has a story to follow, albeit it a short campaign!

Yep but atleast you didn't buy it anyway and then moan about it being the same game. Same as I got bored fast with Halo 3, haven't touched one since.
 
Yikes thats some disappointing news for Shopto. Thought they were usually good when it came to pre-orders!

Ordered from Tesco a few hours ago. Got it plus 2100 points for £37.50 and about £2.50 Quidco or so (using £5 voucher from eWallet). May keep the points or sell them, haven't decided yet.
 
The frustrating thing about the ShopTo thing is that they said they had dispatched it on Friday have provided a Royal Mail tracking code etc which appears to be valid since yesterday lunch time. It's recorded signed for so can't be tracked until after it has been signed for.

Not really their fault but I shall be sticking to the bigger companies from now on
 
Mine didnt arrive from Shopto so picked it up from ASDA.

Anyone else having problems online? mine is contanting saying 'Found 50 matches. Getting Match Quality'.

My NATS open etc...
 
Mine didn't come from tesco either so i did that 30 day trail rainforest prime.
next day delivery for free!

Nobody is immune from making a mistake.

People said not to order from very.co.uk because they've made mistakes before, and they were one of the companies that got it right.

The only sure fire way is to buy it from a supermarket on launch day in person.
 
Just went into Tesco in Reading and got 2100 points and the game.

Tesco order will go to a mate whos agreed to buy it. Funny thing is I probably won't play it much tonight anyway.
 
i placed my order with tesco today
i went to my local store but they were sold out of the psn vouchers
they have a offer where you can get a £20 psn card & the game for £45 so i thought id wait a while and order online
