As they say spec me

Have you tried overclocking your fx5000?
What PSU do you have?
Are you noticing any slowdown in your gaming?
What games do you play?

I'm really not convinced you'll notice all that much, the phenom is a decent processor and should stand up to anything.

Actually, are you the guy who was having problems with his fx-5000 and downlocked it to 2 cores?

If so, yeah, go for that bundle, it will be a big upgrade.

It's a win power plus, I have the n68-ucc moboso I can unlock it from x2 to x4 but some of games crashes and when I run prime95 as x4 I get errors on 2 of the cores so I have to take it back down to 2cores...
I have try overclocking it but the mulitplier is set to the max n it won't let me go any higher so I tryed the overclocking the fsb but it's not stable on prime so I have to run it on 2cores... Or the other thing is get another phenom x6 what my mobo can support?.

i've also been thinking instead of getting getting this bundle what about getting each as individual item, if so could any of you high tech guys/girls spec me a bundle for £380,
thank you
chris

You could change the board above to the MSI, but you loose USB 3 & 6GB/S sata, but gain the possibility of crossfire & SLI.

Yeah, to clarify.
i5 is the better route for gaming atm.

Its always good to get a new quality PSU as it is the most important part of any system.

It is indeed great for gaming and will be for several years - if its anything like the Q6600!
With regards to being as good as an i7, the i7 will out-perform it, but the performance gains are generally not considered worth the extra £100 or so it will cost to get an i7 system :)
