Hey overclockers it's been a few years since i've upgraded my pc and i'm on a bit of a budget to upgrade my mobo/ram/processor so i can use my old parts in another build i'd just like to get a 2nd opinion on my choice of hardware.

Intel Core i5 760 2.80GHz (Lynnfield) (Socket LGA1156) - £144.98 inc VAT

Corsair XMS3 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit - £61.09 inc VAT

Asus P7P55D-E Intel P55 (Socket 1156) DDR3 Motherboard - £103.99 inc VAT

The bit of spare cash i was going to put towards a H50 corsair watercooler, the motherboard i'm having doubts on however i'm unsure, any help would dearly be appreciated :)

Edit: Would like to add i will be overclocking, if it helps other pieces of hardware i'll be putting this with is a GTX460, OCZ 750W PSU, Custom water-cooling in an Akasa Eclipse 62 case.

Thanks for the swift reply
Indeed, i would like the option to SLI however i'm debating on wether i will in the end or not, a high possible chance i may.

Is it me or can i only see one Sata port on that motherboard?

Good grief my old age must be kicking in i completely missed them.

Fantastic that's more than enough SATA ports for me so that motherboard is fantastic, thanks a lot there.
