Hi :)

What peoples experiences been like with them?
I know there probably not the best cooler in the world but should be a step up from my stock cooler,

Are they quiet/reliable?

Cheers :)

i have mine and its quieter than every thing in my case (graphics is loudest) pump has a small humm to it but it blends very well in to electrical noise. never had the fans loud with PWM.

I was going to go for a H50, then i saw the H70, after a lot of reading up it just didn't seem to make sense.
I decided to save the money and go with the stock fan until I was ready to go for a real W/C setup.
The Prolimatech Megahalems seems to be the best thing out there which isn't a serious W/C setup and its cheaper than the H50.

So I would go Prolimatech Megahalems if I wasn't planning W/C later as long as your ram isn't too tall to interfere with it and it has mounting adapters for your board.

its not as quiet as everyone says it is...

2x apache blacks, PWM, and the hum of the pump make it the loudest thing in my case.

i would go for the h70 if you can afford it, better cooling than the h50 due to bigger radiator and 2 fans, plus the pump/heatsink looks better

Some people have very good results with the H50/H70 and others have had poor results as well.

If it was super duper out of the box it would be a very economical system to buy. However you'll note that most systems seem to perform better when people have invested extra cash in 1 or more better fans.

I would say that overall it's not a guaranteed "done deal" by a long chalk.
