you have to have a steam copy of bc2 to dl it from there but you can add a non steam copy (add game in the library page) this won't let you download the game from steams servers but it will let you use the in game overlay and friends in game on your non steam copy.

The in game steam browser now supports flash properly so you can play flash games on the loading screens
