Mother-in-law got an MBE today.

My mother-in-law and wife went to Windsor Castle today to pick up the MIL's MBE. Apparently it was a great day, they were really looked after and Queen talked to her for what seemed like ages. For height fans: 'The Queen is smaller than she looks'.

Sorry shuold have said: she got it for 30 years services to fostering. The only famous person there was Fred Dineage from How 2!

*Not really! She asked what age children she fostered and then she was impressed when MIL replied newborns. Nothing that interesting really!
