As Fluff mentions, this isn't a new link from Sky. It's been out for a while now though I don't think it's ever been widely publicised by Sky (probably as when it was announced, FTTC wasn't that far off the mark).

Registered myself as soon as I heard about the page. Unlikely to see anything here until Openreach upgrade the local exchange (which was set for Sept 2011 but appears to be have put back to early 2012).
