What does this Latin mean?

"Cum Victriciis In Manibus Armis"

Any ideas?

*dusts off brain*

"cum"= with

manibus = "hands"

victriciis? no idea

armis is pretty obvious and is in the dative tense (I think)

If I had to stab a wild guess at it I'd say

victory through strength in arms ????? *roughly translating weapons in hands into the nicely given version a few posts up*
