I've bought something on another forum, paid but haven't yet received the goods. Being a suspicious kind of person I looked at the address given on StreetView and it was a derelict house.
Now, so far all is going well with the deal, friendly comms etc, but if it goes belly up at any time I'd like someone simply to check out the address for me to see if it's still derelict.

I do appreciate the fact that StreetView is historical and it may now be a palace!
