Everything is full volume! What can i do? I mean, audio is a processed thing, why does it have a limit? My dads old audio kit used to be able to blow speakers it you put it to max, how do I ramp up the volume on my pc so my music is really loud?

Buy better speakers and souncard and/ or use a stereo amp and proper hifi speakers.
Your amp needs to have a limit. If you could push 6000watts through your crap 75 watt pc speaker amp, it'll bring your house down, not with sound, with fire.

Hook your PC up to an amp. It's the only way.
I'm prepared to have the fire brigade here if it means i get a minute or two of deafening music!
Basically i'm running from a laptop, is there no overdrive system? iTunes used to be able to use equalizer and turn music up double, VLC player makes stuff got up to 400%. I know these speakers have been louder, is there some hack that can make spotify louder, or win 7 louder? If i put my laptop charger into 400V will that work?
Ugh, ok in the vague attempt at a sensible answer... are you connected to the headphones output or to a line out output?

Thats what I do, all in 7.2 channel glory. Onkyo 608, Kef 3005se Eggs, and 2 Kef 250w subs, Essence STX and away you go....if you want it louder than that then it power amps and monitors.
