Is it a conspiracy!?.. or are Kraft... I mean Cadburys trying to make us a little thinner this Christmas!!??...

Over the past 2 months as the Christmas 'Tins' of our favorite sweets have been materialising in the Supermarkets I've noticed a slight imballance!!..

Go down the Christmas Isle in Tesco or Sainsburgs an you'll find Wall to Wall... Floor to Celing 'Roses' 'Quality Street' and 'Celebrations' in the Large Tins!... but where are the Miniature Hero's???

I can find em in the smaller 'Pinch Top' boxes, but no Tin!!!.. I ask the numpties stacking shelves only to get a blank expression like I've asked in Mandarin Chinese!..

Now its no biggie you say as two of the Boxes equals one Tin!!... it might in weight!.. but not price!!.. The Tins are £4-£5 each!!.. the Boxes are 2 for £6

But Thank the lord for Asda!!... My other half was in there trying to get some Pudsey stuff for tonight and thought to walk down the Christmas Isle to see what goodies are there!!... again there was Wall to Wall... Floor to Celing 'Roses' 'Quality Street' and 'Celebrations' in the Large Tins!... but no Hero's!.. then on the end of the Isle stacked 4 wide by 6 heigh were 24 Tins of 'Miniature Heros' priced at £5!..

So (after texting me the good news) she bought a Tin, and its now nestling high on the Kitchen cupboards with the 'Quality Street' 'Match Makers' and 'After Eights' all ready for 5 weeks from now!! :)

Miniature Heros are many peoples favourites. So they get snapped up quickly =)

On the other hand I hate most of the sweets in Quality street and Roses. Guess I'm not alone!

You know what the problem with celebrations is? The Milky Way, it's always the last one in the tin.

Mars should swap it out for Twix, then it would be an invincible tinned sweet combination.

They should put the picnic, crunchie, timeout and Fuse back in and remove the god awful Bourneville and fudge.

I always get given tubs of these for xmas and end up with a full tub of bournville and Fudge to either bin or give away.

Heroes used to be good. Then they got rid of the Fuse, Dream, Crunchie, and Time out and Picnic. Instead you get Bournville (eew, plain chocolate!) and Eclairs, which is a toffee, not a chocolate. How is an Eclair a miniature anyway? You can't get big Cadbury's Eclairs.

Celebrations are where it's at these days.

Remove the fudge!?!? Replace it with a Picnic...the offspring of a lion bar that was raped by a box of particularly nasty raisins.

You sir are a cad and a brigand.

No one cares about Heroes. Celebrations win.

You are correct sir! Someone should inform Mars.

Why all the Milky Way hate? They are awesome. although a tiny twix would make a nice addition. But yeh Celebrations > heroes. If someone could take the strawberry/orange creams from roses etc then would be a tasty tasty box.
