Ebay Fraud

Just had to share it ..

Just seen an obvious fraud on ebay.

HTC Desire hd listing.

Asking quite a lot of money for it.

Seller is saying they've taken it out of the box to take pictures for the listing.

On the home-taken pics the phone is clearly the htc desire..and not the hd..

The hd has a totally different back (camera/leds)

Filed a fraud complaint.

A phone is a phone to me...

I would hardly call it fraud either, maybe just a simple mistake.

The front cover of the box which wouldve been obviously saying desire hd..is instead a 'stock photo'..mm...

Maybe so,that pic of the back of the HTC Desire is not the same as my Desire unless they have changed it,only had it since july.

The second picture is the new Desire HD, the picture of the phone in the box is the original HTC Desire, whats the problem?

Exaggerating a bit, obviously, but eBay is full of scams and raffles and various other illegal things.

Ah, well that is the OP's fault. The second picture is the HTC Desire HD, not the HTC Desire.
