Preferred online backup?

Hi All,

Been thinking of belt and braces backup. I already have time machine to an external drive.

I see Mozy have a backup client for OSX, and offer 'unlimited' backup for $5 p/m. This seems decent value.

Anyone use it, or have a suggested alternative?

I use Mozy on Windows and like it. I have 104GB of data backed up with them with no issues. I can't imagine any issues for OSX.

Big fan of Mozy - I currently have about 700Gb on there and it works well.

The client in v2 form is a lot more reliable.

I had a few issues with the previous incarnations, namely:

Backups starting from scratch (appears fixed in v2.x)
Beachball when backing up Safari Bookmarks - Still get this.

Did you ever find out if the DVD FedEx option is US only?

I did - about a year ago. I spoke to them and worked out if I did need to go that route I'd have to ship via our US office. They said they were thinking about introducing international - never followed that bit up, sorry.
