Advice on some money issue please

Hi,
I recently quit a PR job I had at uni yet it seems they are still paying me every month even though I'm doing nothing. Good times you would think but I'm wondering if they can come back to me and ask for it back? I'd guess they can. Also if yes, how likely is it they would do so? (it's a massive club turning over 10k+ per night and they paid/pay me £100~ a month, doesn't seem to be overly organized.)
I think the guy has forgot to take me off the pay list. Worth noting that they outsource there finance handling to an accounting company.

Are you really simple or something? Someone is paying you money by mistake and you're not sure whether they can ask for it back.... Just phone them up and tell them you muppet.

Apart from being completely immoral it's also fraudulent behaviour. Sort yourself out and give them a call.

Well, he's right. The OP is talking about defrauding a company. That's not the best of ideas.

Doesn't this come under section 3 of the fraud act 2006, "Fraud by failing to disclose information"?

You should be banking the money in a high interest savings account, THEN tell them. Hopefully you might make a few quid in interest.

Only if the answer to that question is "yes" does the question of whether or not you can get away with it become relevant.
