Lately ive been drinking these and i feel like i have a lot more energy , i am scrapping tea and coffee and sticking to these thing's, i get a really good boost all the time.

I pulled out my intestines and used them as a noose after reading this topic. I'm typing from beyond the grave now, turns out there is a heaven, who knew?
 
Also - and I'm no doctor so bear with me - I'm pretty sure that cappucinos don't give you energy as claimed by the OP. They might taste nice and increase the heartbeat due to the caffeine but they're not giving you energy.

They might give you a nice caffeine addiction though so good luck with that! :)
 
Who is cappucino and why are you drinking their drinks instead of getting your own?

EDIT: Also why the hell do you think 'a lot' is a word? Or should I write that as 'aword'?

I went to ashop where I bought apaper and acan of coke....what is this crap?

There will be energy in the sugar + milk tbh.

As well as the caffiene pep from the double espresso.
