What does this (Chinese?) writing say?

Yesterday I was unboxing some newly purchased plates and bowls, safely packed with bits of cardboard, on one of those bits of cardboard was this text:

Which I think is Chinese - perhaps Mandarin? - but I have no real idea. Can anyone tell me what it says? I have no idea if that image is the right way up or not.

It says "Frog at bottom of well, only see small sky".


or "sucker!, this set you just paid £99 for, only cost 6p to make"

Just goes to show how quick and helpful our OcUK members are! haha :D
 
Not a clue what it says, but when we accept deliveries at work we quite often find these attached to various items from overseas such as hoovers and kettles.
