Generally speaking 4 out of 5 days I'll cycle to work. It's not very far - maybe 20 minutes, but it lets me stay in bed longer, I can do a bit of work in the office first thing and then have a shower at work.
At the moment I normally role out of bed, pull on some clothes, hop on the bike and then don't have any breakfast until I'm at my desk - sometimes a fair bit later (c.1 hour).
Is this good, or should I be having something to eat before setting of in the morning. I'm trying to get into a healthy routine at the moment without going crazy.
