fair enough mate

FYI for future 2 of these in raid for less then £40 would fly out the door, i have have no need at all for them at all but would have got them in a heartbeat, this is the kind of thing that we dont need but parts money from us :)

Yeah we knew that, hence why we looked into the possibility, but it would need the software re-coding and as you can imagine at this time of year were extremely busy.

Still only 44 left now! :D
 
............ Well, there is no free shipping - so you could set up a second 'one-time' account and make two seperate purchases. It is a great deal - and a little odd to only allow raid HDDs to be sold singly!!!

As already explained, its not odd, its how our software is coded, TODAY ONLY is one per customer, we'd like to allow exceptions to this but we can't change that code right now to do so.

True never thought of that, you could always do a 1 off today only running for 48hours so we can another one tommrrow LOL ho ho ho :p
 
bah would love 8 of those drives for my raid but can only buy one.

one "raid edition" drive is pretty useless on its own

What does clean pull mean ?

It can mean any of the following:-

1. Drive was used in a new PC, but PC never sold, so PC Dismantled.
2. Drive was used in external caddies, but again never sold, so dismantled.
3. Drive could be the above and have been subjected to testing of possibly upto 150hrs (1 week).
4. They are SI (System Integrator) so they only have one year warranty and that warranty is supplied by the reseller.
5. Considerable saving due to this.
