Non Business Logo Help

I've seen the endless threads for photoshop and often laughed.... but now I'd like your photoshop help

We set up a website for our Karting team for the race series that we enter (Club100).

Currently our logo is just text.

I'm looking for a logo that we can use online and also turn into stickers/fabric patches for our race suits etc.

Our colours are Dayglow Orange and Grey (well thats the theory).

We're hoping to approach companies for sponsorship, so a good logo is key for attracting attention I feel.

I'd love to hear your feedback, both on logo thoughts and on the website in general.

That "MR" would be quite effective as a "sew on patch" for overalls.
