Although I haven't got a ticket it's possible I may get one.
I got a flat tyre and left my car in a street that has limited parking during the week. I didn't have the lock in nut to get the tyre off so got a taxi home and was waiting for a mate to give me a lift back to my car to put my spare on. And now it's snowing like chuff so I can't actually get back to my car(I have been informed gritters HAVEN'T been out on the roads) and won't be able to get to it til tomorrow sometime. Probably not until my mates stepdad gets back from a trip away as he has a 4x4.
So,if I do get a ticket what are the chances of a successful appeal if I explain what happened?
