I'd agree with that...:p, However it's the content that really matters not the delivery..:)

As for the OP...One, but only because I dislike people correcting others simply as an act of superiority or to obfuscate the debate which seems to be a favourite pastime of some.

There was a thread yesterday that was a complete mess where there, they're, their and were/was were mixed in the wrong way.

Stuff like that is painful to read!
 
Typos? Not really, it happens, and we've all done it.

Bad grammar? Annoys me a bit, but not everyone has had the luck to have a decent education, so again, I can cope with it.

n wht about this cuz i can read it ok? You mean the total lack of capitals, and spelling that only had a place when you were a teenager trying to eek the last bit of space out of your SMS character allowance? No, never, get out of my internets!

But the most heinous crime of all? The unforgivable one that means you should burn in the fires of forum laziness?

Word(sp?) SP???? You mean you're pretty sure it's wrong but you're too damn lazy to move your mouse to the top of your screen and do a 3 second Google? No way I'm reading your post if you can't even make the effort to do that, go home and learn to pull your digit out of your rectal cavity.

Usually about 6 to 7. It annoys me that the British education system can't teach basic stuff like spelling and grammar, but it annoys me much more when it's someone at university or postgraduate who can't write properly. I don't care if you're an engineer or mathematician, there's no excuse.

Perhaps you should try it before saying such stuff. Some words are so often misspelled that googling does not help and just brings up thousands of matches with no surgestions and dictionaries just say unkowen word again with no suggestions.
 
I don't mind if somebody makes a spelling mistake etc as I do it all the time!

What I do hate, however, is the way pplz spk lik tis al time innit, Lol I LoVe My BbE Lots 4 eVa aNd eVa xxx

etc.... you get the idea :p
 
Depends on the error.

"to" and "too" mix ups annoy me, American spellings annoy me, apart from that I'm not good enough at it myself to be annoyed with it :D
