Are these not the places where the law is as corrupt as the gangs. Saw a Ross Kemp thing on it, may all be BS but its a brutal place to have to live.

Maybe the regular police, these guys are the BOPE, they are corruption free but they show no mercy - if you are even a suspected drug dealer prepare to be shot.

I was reading bizarre mag at work yesterday that was found on an aircraft (I wouldn't buy that

) and it had a picture of a body dumped on the motorway cut into segments.

It said that 28000 had been killed in Juarez since they declared war on the drug cartels.
