Basically the thread title, I can get them both at about the same price (£2-£3 difference) and was wondering which one would be the better option? any ideas, just squirt them out
 
I'm not sure. If I didn't need the extra space then I would use them in RAID, but I'm sure I can find something to fill them with and just run them singular :D
 
I know people do it, but isn't raid excessive for SSDs? I find it hard to believe you'd see any noticable difference in speed.

I'd just get the 120GB. Less faffing.

I'm confused by this comment. Unless you mirror (which the average user wouldnt), you don't lose any space with RAID?

Depends what sort of RAID. RAID0 you wouldn't lose space as it's striping and would increase speed for the same space, but RAID1 is mirroring so you would lose space.
