I used to have a toy one, it had some weird mechanism that made a plastic 'Flame' oscillate in and out of the exhaust, it fascinated me so much as a child that I smashed the car to pieces just to see how this fantastical flame thing worked, it did other things too but I don't remember them

Rocket launcher from the stack pipes just behind the seat that launched small red plastic missiles and a flick out blade on the front crease of the bonnet. If I remember correct it had proper rubber tyres also.
