Using old parts for media PC

The board I have is a cracking little board for the price(in my sig) but any 785G with the HD4200 I would think should work and be pretty fature rich for your needs. keep in mind either way you can also sell that 9500 to help cover costs.

I should have said, I picked up a Gigabyte M68M-S2P:

and an AMD Dual Core 5000 X2 to go with it through MM. Am keeping my eye out for a cheap 4350/4550 as well, though I suspect I'll end up buying one from OCUK since there don't seem to be many being sold in MM now.
 
Quick question:

With the 4350, would the 512MB flavour do the job I should I look to get a 1GB version? I can potentially pick up a 512MB version for half the price that the 1GB retails at.
