Coolers ?

Hey...could anybody tell me the best air and water coolers (if any) for the 5870 ? I currently have the HIS iCooler Radeon HD 5870 1GB and the temps get ridiculous during gameplay.

Also, how difficult/easy is it to fit new casing on a graphics card ? It sounded daunting at first but then I looked at the card and can see screws...is simply unscrewing it and reapplying thermal paste all that's to it ?

That looks perfectly fine to me!

Graphics cards can go up to and over 100 degrees before any form of throttling occurs. It's probably best to avoid 90+ temperatures if possible but 70s is nothing to worry about really.
