How do I put videos on to iPhone?

Whenever I select 'add file' to library and then click on the episode of 'Friends' I want to put on and click ok, nothing happens! It's fine when I transfer music onto iTunes, just doesn't work with video.

Any help?

Select your phone on the sidebar in iTunes, then in the right hand side of the window select Movies from the top headings, and tick the video you require on your phone. Sync

But I can't get the video onto iTunes. How do I do that?

They need to be converted into the correct format, usually mp4 I think.

Or download vlc player from the app store and not have to convert videos for it!

Miro is the most painless drag and drop solution. Also adds to iTunes.

Install Miro converter. Run. Choose device, drag file in, tick add to iTunes, click convert. Win.

Handbrake is good but it is overkill.

Id just go with VLC too, removes the time recoding them.
