hey

I need a Moduler PSU to replace my TX 950W PSU

It must have 950w output or more on the 12V rail.

A good ammount of Amps per rail or all one rail.

Price range is below £200.

Check out Antec's new High Current Pro range.

Only goes up to 900 Watts.

I'd go along with Stulid's Recommendation, I've read a few horror stories about the HX1000 on various places on the web, don't ask roey about his experiences with Corsair & the HX1000 either.

id go with the enermax, its always wise to spend that little extra on something that will be more efficient too. i have a corsair tx850 but its perfect for my needs.

That's the High Current Gamer series, which is 'only' 80Plus Bronze rated. The High Current Pro series is 80Plus Gold and goes up to 1200W, so there should be a unit from that series that meets Phoenixdancer's criteria.

Correct

I have the Enermax Revolution 1050W and its a cracking PSU.

Had andtec truepower 480W true blue in the past, and also Corsair TX and HX.

To be honest, you won't go far wrong with any of those recommended here ;)

Corsair are made by Seasonic and, as most people will agree on here, they are excellent.

Antec's new range of "High Current Gamer/ Pro" are made by Delta.

Enermax exclusively design and manufacture their own.
