Or an X-Fi Xtreme Audio for that matter...

That is true, although they do have CMSS 3D, so that's something at least. Also you get the feeling if having an X-Fi, even if it is a watered down one. Audigy SE is just a pointless card, for the most part. Only EAX is the only thing about it of any interest.

But dont these have there own 3D sound emulation in games?
